I found that 1-800-GOOG411 (1-800-466-4411) is an absolutely fantastic service. Their Voice Recognition system is light years ahead for 1-800-FREE411. Some of the free services can be quite frustrating with the extensive advertisments and computer misunderstandings. The Google service gets right to the point and will even "text" you a map of the location you are calling about if you request it. This works on a BlackBerry, iPhone, etc. My wife is even willing to use it and she had refused to use the 1-800-FREE411 service. Good Luck!
