I work for AT&T and if you call in to dispute charges often times we are able to give a credit and correct whatever caused those charges. For instance, if you go over your minutes and were charged 100.00, we often will credit the 100.00 if you are willing to move your plan to the next higher plan, thus saving you money in the longrun. This also works with data charges, we can add data plans or block it altogether. Definately make the call, and this would go with any company, not just cell phones.
