When going to a nice salon the stylist is creating a look for you. If it was possible for you to re-create that look with drug store products why would there not be the same products in salons and drug stores? Not to mention why spend the money to get your hair professionally colored if you aren't going to use products to maintain the color? The cost of professional products is under $1.00 a day.
