It seems like a big investment, but I think we are going to buy a single-serve coffee machine for work and for home. It comes out that we would actually save on the coffee itself and hopefully feel the need to "dine out" less frequently to the coffee shop.

Lately, I have also been getting annoyed with the realization that the (tons) coffee cups we throw away will just fill landfills for years and years.
